QuirkyAccom.com is a project born from a desire to experience the world with individuality.  Trying, at least at times, to keep off the beaten track.  To experience something new and exciting.

I´ve always loved the whole process of travel.  The people.  The unexpected.  Being on the move.  The culture. The food.  Things to do and places to see.  Adding unusual accommodation enhances your trip and makes it all the more memorable.  I hope to bring this passion to you through QuirkyAccom.com.  Here is my story.

I want to make this site accessible for everyone with imagination and an adventurous nature regardless of how much they wish to spend.  I have placed the properties in 3 budgets.  You may find that 2 catagories are selected for one property.  This may mean that in low season and high season the prices fall in different price ranges.  Or that some room types fall in a higher budget.  Here is the price guide below based on 2 people sharing a room for one night.  A 'from price' is also mentioned at the end of most property descriptions to clarify further.

Low Budget -         up to £85 /  €100  /  US$140

Medium Budget -  up to £220  /  €250  /  US$350

High Budget -        anything higher

Once you have selected a property of interest you can quickly see if it meets your requirements.  The room types and facilities have been listed separately so you can see these at a glance.  You can visit the property owner's website, make an enquiry or write a review from here too.
