Experience glamping (glamorous camping!) in the rugged, unspoilt countryside of Andalusia, known as The Lake District of Spain.  Altiplano tipis is a boutique accommodation allowing guests to experience a real spanish holiday in the beautiful region of Andalucia.

Indulge youself in a luxury camping holiday in a beautifully crafted North American tipi without forgoing any of your creature comforts. The tipis are furnished with a full size double camp bed or alternatively two single beds with feather duvet, linen and pillows, locally made rugs and a wicker basket to store your personal items.  Each tipi also has its own private shower room complete with towels.

As part of the accommodation there also is a charming rustic cave dwelling studio, typical of this troglodyte (cave living) area of Andalusia.  The cave is light and airy with an ensuite shower room, double bed and woodburner for cosy winter evenings.

Altiplano Tipis is situated 4 km from the market town of Baza with its many cafes, bars and restaurants, only an hour away from the historic city of Granada with its international airport.

There is lots to do in the surrounding area including a trip to the stunning Lake Negratin or exploring the derelict caves nearby. Or if you prefer, simply relax with a good book under the shade of the pergola by your tipi or take a dip in our above ground freshwater pool.

You can also book exclusive hire of the entire site by prior arrangement.

Charges starts at €45 for a tipi or cave for 2 per night.
