The Manor House Stables is comprised of 2 lovely holiday accommodations (the Hayloft sleeping up to 4 and Bothy sleeping a maximum of 3) which have exposed beams, limewash walls, brick paver or wooden floors and wood-burning stoves. These buildings are part of an 18th century stable block that was recently restored using eco-friendly materials and traditional methods. A dog is also welcome in the Bothy.
On the ground floor of The Manor House Stables there is a room where workshops are run by the owner. (See below for details on this.) There is also a very small local history museum in the area where the horses were once stabled. It is full of character with original mangers, hayracks, stall partitions, timber beamed ceilings, brick floors and lime-washed walls and is very atmospheric.
The Bothy is cosy and warm with a double bedroom, beamed living room, stylish fully equipped kitchen and also contains special features such as underfloor heating throughout, a deep wooden bath, a box bed in the living room (for a third guest).
The Bothy has a 2 night minimum stays with prices from £125 to £170 a night for that duration depending on season. Longer stays reduce these prices. A 7 night stay is between £70-90 a night. Use of extra bed at £15 regardless of the duration.
The Hayloft has an open plan beamed living/kitchen that is warm and welcoming, the luxury bathroom has pretty lights and a beautiful copper bateau bath, there is a beautiful double bedroom and also a cosy box bed for 2. The fully equipped kitchen contains a Rangemaster cooker, plus there is Wifi, a TV, DVD, CD player, record deck, books, games, wood burning stove with logs provided plus there is even a welcome hamper included.
There is a 2 night minimum stay with prices from £135-£180 a night for that duration depending on season. There are reductions when you stay for more nights. For a 7 night stay a stay is between £80-£100 a night. Use of extra bed - £20 regardless of the duration.
Each cottage has a small private garden with wood furniture, basket swings and barbeque sets plus ample parking. Guests are warmly welcomed by the owner, a book full of recommendations of what to see and do in Lincolnshire.
A really special feature of everyone's stay are the welcome hampers provided. In a wooden trug there is jam, homemade plum bread, crisps and juice, (all made in Lincolnshire) plus a box of chocolates; in the fridge there are local organic free range eggs, organic milk and butter plus locally made Lincolnshire sausages; on the counter there is another wooden trug full of vegetables (grown on site when possible) and a loaf of bread (the owner's own when possible). On the table are fresh flowers and a bottle of wine made especially by a Lincolnshire wine-maker. There are also luxury toiletries and as many logs as guests need.
No smoking. Dog welcome in the Bothy only. 2 night minimum stay. Christmas & New Year 7 nights minimum stay.

New for 2017 is the offer of half day ‘cookery or craft courses just for you’ which are especially for guests staying in the accommodation. A course can be arranged especially for you during your stay (please discuss this when booking the accommodation). Choose from: Learning to bake bread (Beginner’s Bread making, Healthy Options, Boozy Breads, Bread & Jam), Hand made Chocolates (moulded chocolates or truffles) or Learning to make Natural Bath & Beauty products. Or if you prefer crafty courses there is a knitting or crochet half day. The total cost for 2 on these special half-day courses is just £120 for the half day which includes all ingredients or materials and a home-made meal with wine!
