Yurtshire Swinithwaite is a luxury site in the Yorkshire Dales National Park set on a working farm. Swinithwaite offers 3 stylish yurts with private hot tubs and fantastic views of the rolling Wensleydale countryside and Bolton Castle. Each yurt sleeps from 2-5 guests.
The site is ideal for families with farm tours on offer and the Farm Shop & Cafe open 7 days a week. It is a fantastic chance to relax with a great range of spa treatments available and plenty of bridleways for cyclists. There are many attractions near by including The Forbidden Corner, Bolton Castle, Wensleydale Railway and Aysgarth Falls.
The handcrafted yurts all have steam bent ash beams and a unique round top solid oak door. The chic interiors are both rustic and cosy. Each is furnished with a double bed and both a double and single futon to sleep up to 5. In the true nature of sustainable living the yurts are self-contained with a private flushing toilet and hot water shower as well as being fully equipped with everything that you need during your stay including a woodburner, outdoor fire pit and communal BBQ, cooking facilities and utensils. Outdoor table and chairs, rugs, storage, bedding and towels are provided.
There is a 2 night minimum stay with prices starting at £85 a night for 2. Changeover on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Closed between November and March.
