“A solid and beautifully converted 3 bedroom house on an estate close to the Scottish border and Gretna Green. Lots of woodland and open space to enjoy without neighbours.

Whisky barrel hot tub sits on the decking, ideal for a dip.
Raised double bed with a single under, two further singles and an antique reclining Edwardian chair for one further guest. Although not designed with children in mind, they can be accommodated from age 7 upwards.

The setting of the shepherd's hut is beautiful, in the lower part of the owners garden.

“Can't fault this beautiful treehouse which is spacious, stylish, fully equipped, fully warmed by large woodburner, romantic and yet could sleep 2 children in a bunk room too.
Totally private, surrounded by woodland, birdsong and sound of the stream below. We had heavy rainfall and it didn’t matter at all and when the sun did emerge we opened up the bi-fold doors. The hot tub bath on the terrace is under cover.
