The Bothy is a beautifully renovated stone-built Orkney Croft house where guests can enjoy the Loch with its famous trout fishing and the surrounding archaeological sights.
The traditional Orkney cottage offers a cosy double bedroom, open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area and a shower room. Guests can relax on the sofa facing the roaring fire and make the most of the double patio doors which open out onto the private garden and provide fantastic views across Harray Loch.
Beyond enjoying the garden with fantastic views and relaxing sound of local wildlife, guests can rent a boat on the Loch and even make the most of the trout fishing. You can explore several nearby archaeological sights including Skara Brae Maeshowe, Ring of Brodgar and Ness of Brodgar. Guests can also venture further afield using the Northlink Ferries in Stromness, only 10-15 minutes away, or visit Kirkwall just 30 minutes from the accommodation.
