If you are looking for a stay with a difference this quirky and quaint Grade II town house in the heart of Maldon offers a romantic stay for 2 close to the Heybridge Basin.
This historic property - formally a smokehouse in the mid 19th century - has been modernised with an Art Deco style living room and all mod cons, perfect for a quiet break but near all amenities. The ground floor has a contemporary kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all you could need to cook up a delicious meal. On arrival you can make yourself a drink and enjoy the complimentary M&S cake that will be supplied for you! The shower room is also found on this floor and comes with a fabulous shower with decadent toiletries supplied and cosy underfloor heating.
Up the first flight of stairs you will discover the rich Art Deco living room, with bright blue sofa, pull up dining table and Smart TV.
