On the edge of the North York Moors National Park, follow the forest roads as they dip into wooded valleys and discover 2 unique Forest Holiday Locations. Keldy is a paradise of sunlit glades, tumbling crystal clear brooks and shy woodland creatures, while Cropton has a grassy meadow, enclosed by the leafy woodlands of Cropton Forest.


With 57 luxury cabins at the Cropton site and 59 at Keldy, just a few miles from each other; you are spoilt as to where to stay.

No matter which site you choose there is plenty to do in the local area. 30 minutes from the coast, you’ll find loads of seaside and market town to wander through, and the historic City of York is just a short drive away too.

The cabins are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Underfloor heating is provided by air source heat pumps and wood pellet boilers which significantly reduce the carbon footprint.

The Golden Oak Treehouse is perfect for big groups sleeping 2-8 in it’s 3 bedrooms and external en-suite Treehouse connected by a rustic wooden bridge.

The Golden Oak Hideaway is decadent and romantic with a hot tub and hammock on the decking, a wood burning stove, a sunken bath and panoramic forest views. Perfect for 2.

Golden Oak Cabins come in different sizes sleeping 2-8 in 1-4 bedrooms. Hot tub on the decking, fluffy towelling robes in the en-suite, a cosy log burning stove in the spacious living area.

Silver Birch Cabins have 2-3 bedrooms and sleep 4-6 guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is an inviting outdoor hot tub.

Copper Beach Cabins offer great value and sleep 4-6 in 2-3 bedrooms. They have a contemporary open plan living area complete with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor decking. A 2 bedroom cabin of this type has disabled access and facilities in a convenient location.

Dogs are welcome in some cabins for a small fee. Grocery packs can be arranged. There is movies, internet access and the chance to order spa treatments in your cabin. If travelling with young children baby baths, high chairs and travel cots can be hired.

Corporate events can be arranged.

There is a 3/4 night minimum stay. Changeover days are Monday and Friday.
