On the border between England and Scotland you can find this hidden gem housing a yurt with hot tub and a tree house. The yurt sleeps up 2+2 children, and the wonderful new treehouse for up to 4 guests now open to guests.

THE TREEHOUSE IS OPEN TO GUESTS YEAR ROUND. THE YURT IS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS BETWEEN APRIL AND OCTOBER.

Set between the rolling hills of the Scottish Borders and the Lake District, there is plenty to keep you busy. Walk for hours admiring the natural beauty of the area or pop over to Gretna Green and visit the Famous Blacksmiths Shop. A trip into Carlisle offers you a plethora of things to see and do, such as Carlisle Castle, Laser Quest or Eden Rock. Travel a little further to Glenridding and enjoy a river cruise.

The Treehouse, newly constructed in November 2017, offers views to the river from its vantage point. You can stroll its elevated walkway to fully enjoy its location amongst the oak trees. Downstairs there is open plan and includes the double bed, but should you wish to add an additional 2 guests, climb a wooden step ladder to the roof space with skylight to find 2 single beds. So this treehouse is great for a couple, family with children over the age of 7, or up to 4 adults. There is a kitchenette, dining area and outdoor seating on a balcony. Enjoy great views to the Scottish border.

There is a 2 night minimum stay with prices from £360 for 2 nights. No Pets.

Located on the historic Netherby Estate, the yurt is hidden away in a woodland clearing and offers you a comfortable stay with a double bed and twin futons. A wood burning stove will keep you warm in the cooler months and a dining table and chairs completes the room. A separate fishermans cabin houses a full modern kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. An onsite wood fired hot tub can be enjoyed after a busy day of exploring the local area.

For a yurt stay 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome on a lead at an extra cost of £20 per dog per stay. The twin futons are suitable for children only. Prices start from £210 for a 2 night minimum stay.

The treehouse has 2 double beds (one up a ladder in the roof space) and has a kitchenette, woodburner and dining table, plus outdoor seating area on the terrace up high. Take a stroll along the raised walkway to make the most of your position.

There is also a cottage on site that sleeps up to 6 people.
