Glamping site near the Welsh border that offers a plethora of different properties affiliated with nature and being at one with the world. Chose to stay in a bed and breakfast room in the main house or sleep in a wagon, cabin, tin house, earth house, bijou caravan or wagon. 

In the main house there is a double B&B room available Mustard Yellow room, which benefits from a comfy double bed, unique decor, lovely views plus a private bathroom. There is also a suite available "Granny's Old Cottage" that sleeps 2-4 and offers a double bedroom under the eves of the house and twin beds on the landing. The log burner is perfect for cosy evenings in together whilst the kitchen will take you back in time. Please note these rooms are not suitable for children. 

The Wagon Over the Valley has stunning mountain views from its hilltop location and offers you a gypsy caravan inspired stay. The decorated ceiling is a delight to behold whilst the antique wood burner will keep you snug and warm. Outside you can find a gorgeous roll top bath where you can delight in watching the stars from the warm water. A lean-to kitchen area offers a small fridge and a power point to charge your mobiles, if you want to! 

The Rising Sun is a gorgeous cabin with stained glass windows, four poster bed, outside dining area and many enchanting pieces that will hold you in delight. Outside you can find a claw-foot bathtub on the deck, perfect for relaxing in after a long day exploring the local area. A walkway cleverly links the bathroom to the cabin and to a cute washing up area. 

Angels is a gorgeous chocolate box tin house full of delights including a mezzanine level double bedroom, fairy lights, bijou alcoves and sofa beds, meaning that this property is suitable for up to 5 people. A boardwalk connects the house to its own woodland BBQ area and the bathroom facilities are just a few metres away. This property will truly captivate you with its beauty. 

Mother Earth has risen out of the ground with its walls being made from clay found on the spot where it has been built! It offers a grounding stay with a grass roof, wooden beams aplenty and handmade furniture. A central dome in the roof lets in lots of natural daylight or allows you to enjoy the stars at night. This property sleeps 6 and all will enjoy a dunk in the bath style Whisky Barrel out on the terrace. 

Bijou is a small caravan that comes with its own love story of 2 people setting out on life together and this can be felt in the country style decor, soft furnishings and quirky extras.  A gorgeous outside bathtub is the perfect place to make a wish upon a shooting star whilst the covered decked area holds a kitchenette area and seating area, great for dining al fresco and enjoying the views. 

On the Road Lilly is a 70's caravan that has been given the kiss of life and now offers a romantic retreat with incredible views over the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. Inside you can find a comfy double bed, seating area and wood burner. Outside relax on the lovely decked area with hammock and hand made furniture. 

Last but certainly not least is the 108 Dewachen Express. A property especially fabulous for groups as it sleeps up to 14 people in a dormitory style carriage, this property has a fully equipped kitchen carriage, outside courtyard with spacious dining area and Victorian roll top bath. 

Locally you can walk the famous Offa's Dyke Path, visit the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre or take a trip to the literary Hay-on-Wye, drive up to the Bluff, only 8 minutes from Hay, to the top of the Black Mountains with breath taking views and walks.  Canoeing is a unique experience all together..  The Warren is the beach accessible from Hay-on-Wye, with its expanse of fields along the River Wye.    A 14 Century black and white building, Rhydspence Inn just a 40 minutes country lanes walk away, excellent Pub and Very good food.    Alternatively just relax with a good book or put the world to rights with your travelling companion. 

Prices vary per property and season, ranges from £60-£115 per night. There is a reduction of price in the Suite and in Lilly if staying for more than 2 nights,  and in the 108 Dewachen Express if staying 3 nights or more.  The Wagon Over the Valley, The Rising Sun and Mother Earth and Angels have a minimum 2 night stay.

Children are welcome from 7 years on, but the properties have not been designed with children in mind so please get in touch if you have any questions. There is no difference in price for children, each counts as a person occupying bed space. Dogs welcome for a charge of £20.
