Set in the county of Lancashire, there is plenty to do on and off site at Samlesbury Hall. Locally you can enjoy the Hall itself and all it offers, including tour, coffee shop and the Bee and Heritage centre. Children can enjoy clambering over the Mayflower Playground and wooden obstacle course. In Preston, there is a pottery centre and cafe, where you can decorate a choice of pottery items. Or work as a team at the Preston Time Trap to test your wits and speed at escaping from a locked room!
After a busy day exploring the local area you can return to your Shepherds Hut to enjoy a little rest and relaxation and make use of the tea and coffee making facilities. These hand crafted huts offer you the feeling of camping but with extra luxuries including an en-suite bathroom, central heating, double bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and enough electricity to charge your mobile. They are set in groups of three around a camp fire and a BBQ starter pack is available to purchase on site.
