Gorgeous countryside property that sits within the Tamar Valley's beautiful landscape offers a rural retreat for up to 10 guests near Harrowbarrow. 

The house is set over 2 floors with the upstairs offering a grand open plan living area with large L shaped sofa and high apex ceiling with large windows which let light flood into the property. An industrial sized woodburner keeps the room warm whilst the modern kitchen with breakfast bar and picnic style dining table allows you to cook up a fabulous feast to share with your loved ones. From here you can open the bifolding doors that lead out onto a wrap around terrace where you can eat al fresco taking in the countryside views. Also on this floor is a bedroom area with sofa bed and desk, great to use as a peaceful snug area or place to work, plus a shower room with double sinks. 

Downstairs you can discover 4 well designed bedrooms, 3 of which offer super/king size beds with one more offering a single bed with pull out trundle. The master bedroom has an en-suite with contemporary shower room whilst the family bathroom has a gorgeous free standing bath and cubicle shower with rain head. 

Locally you can explore the quaint villages and towns of the River Tamar Valley, great for a Cream Tea treat. Nearby is the National Trust property - Cotehele Mill plus a family day out can be enjoyed at Morwellham Quay or the Tamar Valley Donkey Park. 

Children welcome. No pets. 

There is a minimum 3 night stay with Monday, Tuesday and Friday arrivals with weekly stays starting on a Friday. In July and August there are weekly stays only.
