A charming converted horsebox with vintage styling for 2 on farmland in Stone-in-Oxney.
For a true glamping experience with a difference, stay in this fun, quirky and vintage Horsebox suitably called 'The Strawberry Roan'. Set in rural marshland between Kent and East Sussex, you can truly escape to the country and glamp in style at Waypost Farm Glamping.
You will sleep in a comfy and cosy double bed, tucked up into framework at the far end of the Horsebox. Two stable doors open from the side of the box so you can take in beautiful views of the rolling countryside and breathe in the country air. Complete with a wood burner, the Horsebox will stay warm and you can boil a kettle for hot drinks from the wood burner or gas hob too.
With storage and amenities, everything has been thought of in the Horsebox to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. You have access to a flushing toilet a short walk from the horsebox.
When night falls you can light up the outdoor fire pit, relax under the stars, enjoy a BBQ and toast marshmallows to your hearts content! In the morning you can relax outside at the small table and chairs. A picnic breakfast hamper is available to enjoy, which includes homemade freshly locally baked bread. Or you might like to enjoy a campers breakfast using the BBQ!
There is a local pub 5 minutes walk away or trek further afield to the towns of Tenterden and Rye for plenty of pubs and restaurants.
