Twr y Felin Hotel’s two Rosette restaurant Blas – meaning ‘Taste’ in Welsh – offers a menu influenced by the season and locality, with dishes designed to reflect Wales and its produce. Cornel Bar is a pre-dinner art lover’s snug offering seasonal drinks and cocktails, whilst Oriel Lounge is a dedicated gallery space, with a relaxed ambience, perfect for guests to enjoy lunch or afternoon tea.

Twr y Felin, a former windmill is Wales’ first contemporary art hotel, located in Britain’s smallest city, St Davids and home to 21 ensuite bedrooms, including two unique suites. The feature room ‘Tyddewi’ Tower Suite is a distinctive space occupying the site’s original windmill tower, and boasts spectacular 360 degree views of the St Davids Peninsula from its very own observatory.

Most rooms are 400 square feet and include separate bath and shower, with views over the Pembrokeshire coast and landscape. A hypoallergenic property, all rooms are furnished to the highest standard and include luxury towels, bathrobe, slippers, mini safe, Aromatherapy Associates toiletries, digital radio, Sky TV, coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge.
