Lovingly handcrafted to the highest specification, using mainly reclaimed materials the Upland Shepherd Huts are quite simply beautiful. Located in the Scottish Borders and close to North Northumberland which means there are a wide variety of outdoor pursuits within reach. Edinburgh is under an hour away too.

Eco-friendly and off-grid these huts are powered by solar panels. These power internal lights, fire up the boiler and charge a mobile phone. You may need to walk up the hill to get a signal though! Insulated with sheep's wool keeps them cosy in winter along with a wood burning stove, and cool in the summer.

Your comfort has been a priority with the huts furnished to a very high standard. The White Company crisp cotton bedding and towels, and quality blankets from Lovat Mill. Each hut has an en-suite shower room with plenty of hot water and state of the art eco waterless loos.

The shepherd's huts are in a very rural area with sheep, lambs and pheasants - So sorry no pets allowed.

The Gardener's Hut and The Woodman's Hut both sleep 2 at a price from £85 a night Monday to Thursday and £95 Friday to Sunday. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
