The Quirky Tour
Luxury pod looking out across the vineyard, facing west for sunny afternoon terrace and sunset view. We sat on big logs around the firepit to make the most of that.
We found the pod to be super comfortable and had a great nights sleep. I particularly liked the quality shower and the sun streaming in to the living area.

Description
Rural site just 10 miles from Nottingham offers 4 luxury modern pods with amazing vineyard views that sleep a total of 12 guests in Stanton-on-the-Wolds.
There are 2 types of pods - two 2 person pods with double bed and two 4 person pods with double bed and double/twin bed. Inside the pods there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a classic clean style with radiators in all areas to keep the pods warm and toasty all year round. Relax on the sofa watching the wall mounted TV, before cooking up a storm in the kitchen with the oven, hob or microwave. There is a mini breakfast bar area in the pods - perfect for your morning cuppa or choose to eat at the dining table whilst planning your day. There is also an en-suite shower room which is well equipped with a heated towel rail and lighted wall mirror.
Outside you can relax on your terraces with a glass of wine (why not order in a locally made bottle made for your arrival!) or warm yourself by the fire pits. Be sure to bring some marshmallows to toast for a delicious gooey treat or enjoy cooking on the BBQ.
Locally you can delight in a tour of the vineyard or book into a tasting session. Alternatively take a stroll through the countryside or explore the Vale of Belvoir with its cycling routes, castle and delicious local cuisine. Belvoir Castle and the Engine Yard are both great places to visit and Sarfields Chocolaterie runs chocolate making courses and has a cafe with the best hot chocolate!
If you are looking for somewhere to eat then The Plough at Normanton is a wonderful country pub and restaurant that many guests visit. There are also a range of takeaways in Keyworth or we can organise a local Master Chef contestant to cook a private meal for you!
Sorry but as this is a working farm pets are not permitted.
Please note there is no door between the living area and bedroom areas.
There is a minimum 2 night stay except on bank holidays and Christmas/New Year when there is a minimum 3 night stay.
A security deposit of £125 per pod will be required before your stay and returned within 2 weeks afterewards, all being well.
If you are a hen party, please get in touch. There is a special "Hen House" where group activities can be arranged.
