At Brownscombe you can expect luxury accommodation away from all the stress of everyday life in the beautiful South Devon countryside. There are 3 sumptuous safari tents sleeping up to 6 all with hot running water and electricity.
The luxury glamping site is tucked away in a private valley in Compton, South Devon where you will find beautiful wild flowers and plenty of wildlife including rabbits, foxes, badgers and all kinds of different birds. There are lots of animals on site that you can feed and plenty of eggs to be collected plus a secret play area and a games room!
If you can drag yourselves away from the site Devon has plenty to offer such as award winning beaches and coves, lots of outdoor activities and many excellent places to eat and drink.
Brownscombe Luxury Glamping offers 3 fantastic safari tents, each sleeping up to 6 people in a double room, a twin room and a cabin bed in the living area. There is an open plan space with well equipped kitchen, dining area and day bed plus the all important bathroom with hot running water! Outside each tent has a decked area with furniture and a BBQ. Tamar has the option of a wood fired hot tub.
There is an on site honesty shop - Brownscombe Larder - selling delicious local produce, drinks and ice creams. Guests can pre-order from a selection of different breakfast and BBQ hampers and they will be waiting upon your arrival.
Dogs welcome in selected tents (Bovey and Tamar). An initial supply of logs is provided. Private parking available. The hot tub at Tamar is optional with a €25 a day fee for up to 6 nights and the 7th free of charge.
Prices for the safari tents are £750 - £1395 for a week. 3 night minimum stay with a Monday and Friday changeover day. Groups possible for up to 20 people.
