Margate Retro Apartments are your home in Margate!

The Old Town

Margate's Old Town is a delightful mix of old buildings at the edge of the harbour and next door to Turner Contemporary. It's got a bohemian buzz, with lots of vintage shops, cool cafes and top class restaurants. And there's always something cool going on - there are regular gallery openings, festivals and other events around the apartments. Everything you need is within a ten minute walking radius! And a regular Sunday market too.

East Kent

Margate's incredibly walkable. While the Old Town will keep you busy, it's easy to get to trains and buses for Broadstairs, Canterbury and other nearby towns. Or there are great coastal cycle routes - we might even be able to borrow a bike for you! If you're staying from further afield, you can daytrip to London on the comfortable High Speed trains.

The station's about 10-15 minutes away and there's overnight secure parking if travelling by car.
