Sunridge Lodge is found in South West Devon hidden away amongst undulating hills and bubbling streams of Yealm Valley. The luxury property sleeps up to 5 guests and has a private cedar cladded hot tub with mood lighting. It is set in 4 acres of lake-studded Devonshire countryside with fishing opportunities. Bring your dog!
Enjoy the tranquility, go walking, or join horse-riding or a cookery course nearby. It is possible to book a fishing course for up to 8 people onsite at Sunridge.
The Lodge is a stylishly converted barn with quality interior, great for peace and tranquility, fishing on the private lake, making the most of the hand-built cedar cladded Australian heritage hot tub. It sleeps 1-5 people and dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
Originally built over 200 years ago the lodge has been modernised and renovated but retains stone walls, exposed beams and a solid oak and glass staircase. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 open plan mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a futon bed. There is one luxury bathroom with underfloor heating and mood lighting. A NEFF kitchen, plus dining and living area with log burner and underfloor heating complete the accommodation.
You can't beat Sunridge Lodge for indoor entertainment. There is a flatscreen HD TVs with freeview, CD/DVD, projector, iPod bluetooth speakers, PS4, XBoxOne and XBox360 with games and free WiFi. Convert the lounge/diner into a private home cinema. The screen is enormous with the latest Dolby DTS surround sound. For gamers use the latest consoles. Also 4 sets of 3D glasses and HD movies and small selection of games to get you started.
It is possible to stay for exclusive use from £895-£1795 per week with supplements for Bank Holiday weekends. Enquire for possible non-exclusive use and reduced rates off peak. Shorter breaks from £200 a night.
