EXCLUSIVE USE, and available all year, this perfectly appointed self-catering 6-berth floating home near Hampton Court Palace located on the non-tidal River Thames.

This is a very popular floating home found on American lakes but a very unique find in UK.  She has 2 cabins/bedrooms, the master opens onto a small aft/rear deck and the middle cabin contains bunk beds with a skylight and then the saloon/lounge has a double sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests.  The living area is open-plan and incorporates the galley/kitchen, dining and seating areas which then opens out onto a partially covered sun terrace at the bow/front deck with hot tub and drinks fridge.  There is also a very large roof terrace with gas BBQ and further outside dining area plus comfortable rattan seating, perfect for al fresco dining with superb river views.

Facilities include heating throughout, a fully equipped galley (4-plate hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine all powered by either shore power/electricity or generator dependent on mooring preferences) plus a full-size shower room with hot water and head/toilet facilities.  Smart TV, Netflix, PS3, WiFi, HiFi, Alexa, Spotify, Readly, books, board games, tea/coffee, bed linen and towels are also provided.

Specialising in the areas between Kingston and Hampton Court, skippered boating holidays can also be arranged with a choice of itineraries through to Windsor with an experienced Captain, enabling guests (whether a couple, family or small group of friends) to relax and enjoy the stunning river views from the luxury of a private boat without the stress of having to drive it themselves (minimum 2 nights and dependent on river conditions, especially in the low season) – please enquire for a quote.

Furthermore, tailor made cruises for up to 10 guests can also be arranged.  Prices start at £200 for the first 2 hours, then £80/hour thereafter.

There are also a choice of self-drive petrol motor boats for hire at an extra cost of between £35-£75 per half day, a fun and easy way to explore the river with no experience necessary – it is advisable to pre-book to avoid disappointment!  Pedalos and SUPs/stand-up paddle boards are included in the price – all are subject to availability and at your own risk.

Enjoy the plenty of places of interest to visit in the area including historic monuments, market towns, museums, racecourses and theme parks - and if cooking is not on the agenda, why not moor up and try one of the many delightful riverside restaurants or gastro pubs for a meal or two! 

Trains to Central London take approximately 35/45 minutes should guests wish to sample the many tourist attractions in Central London too.  Parking can be arranged from £5 per day.  Heathrow is approximately 6/10 miles away.
