Wardley Hill Campsite consists of a 6-acre site including some woodland, 3 ponds, a stream and spring and offers an authentic back-to-basics camping experience with all essential facilities provided. For those who prefer more of an unusual and quirky glamping experience, there is a Stargazer Belle tent, a Shepherds Hut, The Hammock Hut, a large Family Emperor Bell Tent and even a Tentsile Connect Tree Tent that doesn't touch the ground!

The new ecological campsite in the Waveney Valley is surrounded by beautiful wildflowers and the countryside, the perfect environment for butterflies, bees and charming animals. The nearest train station is Beccles where you can catch the number 60 bus to Kirby Cane.

General facilities on the campsite for all guests include 3 composting toilets made from reclaimed timber, 4 drinking water points, a hot shower free of charge, recycling facilities, there is a car park at the top of the site and trolleys are provided to transport your equipment.

Lotus Belle Stargazer Tent - Inside is a double bed with duvet, pillows sheets (an extra blanket for cold nights is stored underneath), a gas stove, kettle with a selection of teas and coffee, a wind-up torch and clock, a bottle opener, 2 mugs and 2 glasses. Plus, outside you will find a fire pit with some wood to burn, 2 chairs and a bbq. With this tent, you have the option of watching the night sky from the comfort of your bed!

Priced at £70 for 1 night / £110 for 2 and £140 for 3 nights plus £40 per night until £250 for 1 week.

'Hilda' the Shepherds Hut provides a snug accommodation for up to 4 guests. The vintage charm hut can make you forget that you are camping with its atmosphere, comfort and many modern conveniences: there is a set of lights that is run by an eco-friendly hidden solar panel (which also provided power to a 12v socket to charge your phone). The hut comes equipped with a double bed, single and sofa with soft bedding provided, an authentic cast iron wood burning stove, exclusive use of a handmade composting toilet with a stable door, a solar shower and the windows even have shutters to ensure that inside stays cosy and warm.

1/2/3 nights £200 / 4 nights £250 / 5 nights £300 / 6 nights £350 / £380 for 1 week based on 2 people sharing. Extra charges for additional guests.

In the campsite, there is even a portable treehouse to stay in to become close with the wildlife and true camping spirit. The Tentsile Connect is a 2 person tree tent allowing you to sleep off the ground - Bring your regular camping gear with you and leave your tent at home.

£40 per night for 2 people.

The Hammock Hut where you can sleep in hammocks (1-2 guests) inside the hut and stay cosy with a small gas stove, tea & coffee, solar lighting and forced air heating. There is also a sofa, small table and chairs and an outdoor fire drum. A blow-up mattress can be added if required. Bring your own bedding.

£55 per night.

Family Emperor Bell Tent has lots of space for all the family, sleeping 4 people on 1 double and 2 single beds. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided plus a BBQ and a novel washing machine drum fire pit so you can enjoy eating al fresco. Bedding is included with this property.

£140 for 2 nights/ £190 for 3 nights/ £300 for 1 week with up to 4 people.

Dogs on leads are welcome. Campfires are encouraged in the provided fire drums or small campfires raised off the ground. Bags of wood are available for £6. Check in is from 2 pm and check out is by 11 am. Please bring with you towels if you'd like to shower and your own pots and pans for cooking. Camping and small campervans also welcome.
