Whilst the property has 3 bedrooms, the maximum occupancy is two guests, in order for you to be able to enjoy maximum privacy at this stunning location.
On arrival, the driveway up to the property features a stream running alongside it and leads up to a courtyard with a charming French square fountain. Spread across two floors with beautiful original wooden beams throughout, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with a spectacular inglenook fire place & wood-burning stove, plus a separate dining room with stunning feature windows. You can keep warm & cosy in the sitting room with wood burning stove and ample seating, perfect to sit back & relax whilst looking out to the superb views across undisturbed countryside.
Moving upstairs there are 3 stunning bedrooms to choose from, each with spectacular views, the master bedroom has a 4'6 double bed with an amazing en-suite bathroom with double-ended slipper bath, ideal for a long relaxing soak. Both other bedrooms also have 4'6 double beds which lead on to the Jack & Jill style shower room.
To the outside of Crossbrook Farm there is plenty to explore! Choose from the south facing rear patio with Swiss style wood fired hot tub where you can relax whilst taking in the panoramic countryside views, enjoy some al-fresco dining with the BBQ or choose from not one but two extraordinary iron fire pits for snuggling up close whilst toasting marshmallows. Alternatively discover the four acres of grounds to explore and take a stroll along the stream or a wander around the orchard, where depending on the season you can pick apples, pears or even olives!
Crossbrook Farm has plenty of walks just a short distance away, such as the famous Monarch's Way footpath that approximates Charles II's escape route follwing the Battle of Worcester. The property is within walking distance of a number of pubs & restaurants within the village of Aston Fields, such as The Queens Head or Ascott's Bar & Kitchen. If you fancy venturing further afield, there is the beautiful Cotswolds to explore & the stunning counties of Worcestershire & Shropshire.
