From here there are a multitude of riverside walks and you can also use the supplied bikes to explore the local area. A 20 minute bike ride takes you to the archaeological site of Sutton Hoo (a little longer on foot), where you can get up close and personal to incredible historic finds. The AONB heritage coast of Suffolk offers picturesque seaside walks in Aldeburgh (pictured) and Southwold.

The house enjoys views out over the rolling countryside and is a great place to get back to basics and to reconnect with your loved ones. From here you can enjoy a walk on a good path into the nearby village or head off on the Millennium Way Trail that passes close by to the site and follows a river as pictured. There is a 6.5 mile circular trail around Long Itchington that forms part of the Millennium Way and will take you around 3 hours to complete. There are 2 pubs on the way so you can stop for refreshments!

Retreat from the world at this off grid property and delight in the peace and quiet of its secluded location in the Trossachs National Park.
