Just stayed 2 nights on the Mojo over the August bank holiday and it was fantastic. Maureen and John could not have made us more welcome or looked after us better.
Home from home and 2 really relaxing days spent in Mersea. Recommend the Victory for a good evening meal and well looked after real ale.

A really fantastic stay in an idyllic location with perfect hosts - we were made to feel so very welcome!!! So many lovely touches in this very individual home, full of character and style. The breakfast was plentiful - the blueberry pancakes were a huge hit! Afternoon tea was a fabulous bonus and the homemade scones delicious! Will definitely be back. A big thank you to Maureen and John!

Just returned from Valentine's night on board Mojo. Loved the privacy of the suite with all the extras so thoughtfully provided. The weather was dreadful - the windiest night Maureen and John had ever known!! but we were met with a delicious cream tea on arrival. We ate at the Coast Inn- great value, great food. Lovely breakfast the next morning with a great range of foods. Hosts very welcoming and I fell in love with Jensky. Hope to come back and sample the deck when the weather improves.

We have just had a lovely weekend break on the MoJo Houseboat. They have done an amazing job transforming the houseboat.
We were made to feel extrmemely welcome.
The accomodation is brilliant as you have your own `suite' with a sitting room, TV, DVD, Sky, Books DVDS, CDs. Tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits, water - whihc was so nice to have somewhere to chill rather than in a hotel bedroom.
Great bedroom and bathroom with a lovely walk in shower.
Maureen provides a delicious breakfast and cream tea.
Extremely friendly and knowledgable of the area.
We had a meal in the local Coast Inn - which was delicious.
Excellent price. Excellent facilities. Excellent food.

What a fantastic stay at Maureen and John's stunning houseboat! My husband took me here as a surprise and I'd never even heard of Mersea Island until we arrived. The boat is spacious, stylish and full of character. We loved the suite and could almost forget we were on a boat until we looked out of the windows. Breakfast on deck was heaven and Maureen had an excellent selection. We had privacy when we wanted it, but also enjoyed getting to know our warm hosts and their dog Jenksy. The personal touch is what made it so special. I'd recommend it to anyone!

We have just had a lovely stay at Mojo houseboat - Maureen and John made us feel very welcome, the layout of your own sitting room and ensuite allows plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. The standard/comfort of accomodation is excellent and breakfast was delicious. All the best of success to this unique setting. Thanks again.
