These luxury cedar-clad glamping pods are surrounded by the hills, farm animals, fresh air and clear night skies at Boustagill Farm, on the border between North Yorkshire and Lancashire.

There is a stunning view from the pods to the hills around and to make the most out of your relaxing break there are fire pits, wooden deck areas, a wood-fired pizza oven for hire, indoor cooking facilities and an outdoor barbecue.

Each pod is nestled against its own dry-stone wall and perfectly proportioned to sleep couples or families. They are all either en-suite or have a private bathroom. Guests sleep on luxury pocket-sprung mattresses or comfortable sofa beds. There are three different types of pod, so there is bound to be something for everyone. Free WiFi is now available in all pods.

The two premium Gold Top pods 'Holly Bush Hill' and 'Corn Bents' have their own private Finnish wood-fired hot tubs. Located at each end of the site, the pods sleep up to four people. There's an ensuite shower room, complete with towels, a fully equipped kitchenette, foldaway wooden table and chairs and a private outdoor space with picnic table.

The Silver Top pod 'The Folds' also sleeps four and has its own ensuite shower room, stunning views and a barbecue area. Inside, it's the same spec as the Gold Top pods. Outside it has a wooden deck and generous patio area with fire pit.

The Green Top pods are 'Two Acre Bit' and 'Buckhaw Brow' and they offer accommodation for two adults on a handmade wooden bed and two children on a small double sofa bed with memory-foam mattress. The private shower rooms with key code access only are only a few steps from the pod.

The Hub, next to the car park, has a fantastic sheltered social space for guests to relax, socialise and enjoy the views. That's where you'll find the wood-fired pizza oven, seating and tables, festoon lighting and heating. There's a Little Laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities at The Hub, also stocked with children's games and toys.

Challenging trails and footpaths and the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and Gisburn Forest surround the farm, perfect for explorers by foot or by bike. There is a secure bike storage building, bike repair stands, a bike wash and other helpful facilities for cyclists. The charming town of Settle is just five miles away and has a great range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and an excellent supermarket. The picture-postcard villages of Clapham, Ingleton and Malham are within easy reach, for those wanting to venture away from the farm.

There's a minimum stay of two nights in all the pods. Green Top pods cost £65 p/n midweek and £75 weekends and holidays, the ensuite Silver Top pod is £80 p/n midweek and £90 weekends and holidays, and the Gold Top pods are £130 p/n midweek and £140 weekends and holidays. Prices are based on two guests - extra adults cost £20 each per night, and children (5-15yr) cost £10 each per night.

During school holidays arrival days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bank holidays and summer school holiday weekends are a minimum of 3 nights Fri-Mon.

There are extras to choose from to make your stay perfect, from luxury packages and hot tub pre-lighting service to bedding and towel hire for the Silver and Green Top pods. (Bedding and towels are included in the Gold Top pods.) Guests who choose the 'Breakfast and Basics' extra will arrive to find their pod stocked up with top quality ingredients for a delicious cooked breakfast and essentials such as milk, bread and butter.
