Set in the heart of St. Ives this traditional Cornish home has been renovated with love and now offers a lovely blend of old world charm and modern features and sleeps up to 10 guests.
The property is set over 3 floors with a spacious open plan living and dining area complete with feature stone wall and choice of seating areas including a cosy snug with original fireplace. The kitchen is industrial in style with a large metal feature splashback and a fabulous American style fridge freezer with plenty of space for food for everyone.
There are 4 bedrooms in total spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, with the master bedroom having access to its own private roof terrace with deck chairs and a large en-suite. There are 2 double bedrooms and a further room with 2 single beds and a double bed style snug - a great place for kiddies to play away from the main living areas. There are 2 further bathrooms, one with a bathtub as well as a shower.
Outside you can relax in the courtyard enjoying a drink or two after a day spent at the beach. There is an outdoor shower room ideal for washing off the sand or for hanging up wet suits.
Locally you can explore the beautiful St. Ives with its art galleries including the famous Tate St Ives, boutique shops and choice of beaches. Alternatively take a drive to visit St Michael's Mount or just half an hour away is the beautiful Land's End.
Children welcome. Up to 3 dogs welcome. Please note that private parking can be found a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away plus there is paid parking nearby. Also note that bedroom 4 contains a daybed that is only suitable for children under the age of 14 therefore there is a maximum of 8 adults in this property.
Minimum 2 night stay. In mid season there are no arrivals on Thursdays and Sundays. In July and August there is a minimum 7 night stay with Friday arrivals only.
