Semi-detached barn conversion on a working farm near Penrith and close to the Lake District, sleeps 8 people offering a relaxed rural retreat for couples or families.

The barn benefits from a beautiful open plan living space on the ground floor, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living area. There is also a kingsize bedroom with ensuite, this is ideal for anyone with mobility issues. On the first floor you can find 2 more kingsize bedrooms (1 with en-suite), a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Outside you can chill out in the hot tub whilst the children enjoy the safey of the enclosed garden with a fabulous zip wire for fun! With a full dining table outside, you can enjoy eating al fresco whilst taking in the fresh Cumbrian air. 

Locally you can visit the bustling town of Penrith, sailing on Ullswater or hiking in the Lake District or North Pennines.
