Haceta Head Lighthouse is a working lighthouse and bed & breakfast, perched on top of a 205 foot cliff on the Pacific Coast half way between the towns of Florence and Yachats, Oregon. A handcrafted wooden staircase leads to the 6 guest rooms which have home comforts and are traditionally decorated, 4 with a private bathroom and 2 share a bathroom. The Lighthouse and Light Keeper's house where guests stay are separate buildings dating back to circa 1894.

There is a large porch and with "adirondack" chairs to sit back and enjoy the sounds & beauty of the Pacific Coast. Wildlife is in abundance and includes sea creatures like whales, sea otters, sea lions and seals, also birdlife is rife with bald eagles, puffins, pelicans, cormorants amongst others. Take a tour of the lighthouse and torches are provided for a nighttime walk to the lighthouse which is an unforgettable experience. Most rooms have views out to sea, and if you are lucky enough to experience a storm you can see for miles around and experience incredible surf and winds. There is an incredible 7 course breakfast for guests as well as a fully equipped guest kitchen - note that in the evenings the B & B is not staffed.
