A converted Victorian boathouse that sleeps up to 8 people is located on the edge of Rudyard Lake in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Stunning original features and contemporary furnishings make this an ideal base for a get-together with family and friends. Set over three floors with lake views from all rooms, there are 4 bedrooms all with basin and TV. There is Sky TV in the master bedroom.

There is a well equipped fitted kitchen, basement games room with pool table and darts board. The dining and sitting room boast the original wall tiles and stunning views. In the sitting area there is an open fire and doors to a balcony overhanging the lake.

The terraced garden has many different areas and a lakeside patio and even a small beach to one side of the property where boats can be launched and fishing enjoyed. Rudyard Lake offers boating, sailing, fishing, a cafe plus a hotel with bar and restaurant.

Three miles away you can explore the charming town of Leek, with its many antique shops, pubs and restaurants, surrounded by the beautiful Moorland countryside. Alton Towers and the Peak District National Park are within a short drive.
