Description

Retreat to the Welsh coastline and discover these home from home safari tents with private hot tubs and all mod cons near Abersoch. Offering comfort and the rural benefits of glamping, they offer lots of fun for all the family and can sleep up to 6 or 7 guests. 

Inside you can discover a bright and airy open plan living space with comfy sofas, wood burner and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and even a slow cooker. There are 3 bedrooms with slightly different configuration. (2 x double and 2 x single / 2 x double and 1 set of bunks & single / 2 x double and 1 x 2 sets of bunk beds). All with feather duvets and luxury sheets. There is a cloakroom with WC and sink inside the tent and outside you can find your own private shower pod with walk in double shower and a second WC. 

Outside on your terrace you can relax in the bubbles of the hot tub, chill out on a beanbag, or enjoy toasting marshmallows on the outdoor log burner. Of course a holiday isn't a holiday without a BBQ so be sure to pack some charcoal for that true holiday feast! 

Locally you can enjoy the many beaches around the coastline. Try Abersoch for golden sands or Porth Neigwl if you prefer to try your hand at surfing or kitesurfing. If you are looking for a slower pace of life then say hello to the alpacas on site or take a stroll to Abersoch and enjoy a meal at one of the many pubs and restaurants. There is so much to do in this area including hiring an electric bike, taking a boat ride to see the dolphins and not forgetting that Snowdonia is just a short drive away! 

Dogs welcome. Free wifi and good 4G. Bedlinen and towels are provided. 

Min 3 night stay with Friday arrival, 4 night stay with Monday arrival and 7 night stays with Mondy/Friday arrivals.

FAQs

Are there clothes washing facilities on site?

There is a launderette with washing machines and dryers. There is a charge for using these.

Do I have a private shower room/toilet?

Large safari tents have an indoor toilet and private outdoor shower room/toilet pod. Woody Safari tents have a private outdoor shower room/toilet pod.

Do the tents have private kitchen facilities?

Large safari tents have a fully equipped indoor kitchen with full size fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob. Woody tents have a kitchenette pod with combi microwave/oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and all kitchen equipment including toaster and kettle.

What time can I check in?

Check is around 4pm. Someone will be on site until 6pm but full instructions will be given on which tent you are in and the location of the tent.

Is the beach close by?

We are 1 1/2 miles from a variety of beaches, many dog friendly. There are lots of places to book paddle board and surf lessons/hire, book coaststeering etc. Reception will be able to help whilst you are here in recommending places.

Can I buy logs, kindling, bbq coals in reception?

You will be provided with a starter pack of logs and kindling. More can be purchased in Reception and BBQ coals/firelighters can be bought in Reception.

Is there a shop on site?

Logs/kindling etc. can be bought in Reception. There is a small shop 200 yards away which stops all the basic essentials ie. milk, bread etc.

Can I charge my electric car?

We are in the process of arranging to install electric vehicle charging points however until installed we can plug in your car for you if you ask at Reception.
